Clive - I will not accept personal digs of the type which have been made by one particular individual on this thread.  Others have responded to my initial objection with the grace normally expected of this community.   I fail to see why one respected member should choose to take things personal.  If he wishes to have a private discussion he is welcome to do so.

So - Dave has chosen to have a personal dig by publishing an old email of mine in his signature.  Here is the text.  It will be removed from the signature as it is a childish and deliberately inflammatory act. Look forward to some readable pages in the future I hope Doug" Constructive criticism NO?  Giving an opportunity to improve things for his customers NO? But instead Dave has it stored away for a future date when he can use it to make a non-point when he's behaving badly and gets a bit upset when it is commented on.   Dave you are right - it was hardly a scrap and I singled no-body out - yet you choose to make a personal dig. Pathetic and childish.
