Hi Nick , yer I am sure it has the push rod tubes on the side , I just carnt understand why anyone would put an older engine in , it does have the older Stromberg carbs on as well , thanks for the information :)

Hi all, I think my early 1974 mk2 2000 , may have a mk1 engine in it the number starts MB 894****** need info like is it recessed ect , cheers for the help

hi I got mine from burlem, ordered them Tuesday still not here and the price of the postage I thought I would have had them next day :-/

hi no just doing the service kit ,its on my 2000 mk2 will put pics and stuff up as and when I do them, thanks for the interrest :)

Well I have ordered my service kits so looking forward to stripping them cleaning and rebuilding :)
