Guys Is it possible to link up, through official records, an engine with the car it was originally installed in? Let me explain, I have a 'Sixfire' which is mostly a Spitfire, but with a 2-litre engine from a Mk.2 GT6. I would like to trace the records of the GT6 which donated its engine to my car. Presumably the GT6 will have been scrapped by now (my car was built by a previous owner), but would like to know as much of the history of what went into my car, as she is now, as possible.
