hello everybody, yet another kind club member has come to our aid and lent me a pair of nos front wings, so i can now get cracking on getting the wheel arch section done and maybe half wings . im collecting them this weekend and will get them to the manufacturer as soon as i can so i can get you all a price, but the price is determined on how many we want, so who of you out there are interested ? let me know guys all the best lloyd

hi everyone, the mk1 front wheel arch should be with me next week, and i will overlay it on a nos wing i have here so i can check quality and fitment ( although i have no doubts there ) and will let you all know. a couple of very kind members have agreed to lend me x amount of nos panels, and i thank them greatfully for this ( i will only use nos for templates to ensure accuracy ) for the mk1, so next on the list is mk1 rear arches ( same as mk2 estate also ). i know also everyone is crying out for mk2 front wheel arches, so if any club members are willing to lend me any nos front wings that they have ( i ensure no harm will come to them and will arrange to collect from you, personally if need be ), i can crack on and get these underway also. many thanks for everyones support and help in what i am doing to help keep our cars on the road, lloyd

update on mk1 front arches. just had a phone call off the manufacture double checking one or two things, before they get underway with production. it would seem there has been a bit of a missunderstanding at their end, and a little at mine, just what i needed as im in hospital today for my eye operation !!! needless to say, dont worry, it will be sorted very quickly and to avoid such things again, they / we have agreed they will run off one complete arch repair section, so i can take pics of it and put them on the forums so you can all see what exactly what it comprises of. i keep having trouble logging in and out on here ?? if you need to get hold of me, please see earlier posting for my email addy lloyd

hi andy, hows it going. the rear arches will certainly be in one peice and the rear wing lower section ( under return bumper going to rear valance ) is already on my list, not sure as to include that attatched to the rear arch yet or as a seperate repair panel ( prob seperate, what do you think ? ) the rest of your requests have been noted and added to the list, although the rear light panel are still in stock in places as far as i know , but how many are left, i dont know ? many thanks for your requests, its exactly what i need, keep them comming triumph lovers take care andy all the best lloyd sorry richard, nearly forgot you then  :P got you email, and many thanks, will notify you as soon as i receive the arches, lloyd

hi andy no probs, as someone had to do something on getting these panels remanufactured to save our cars from the scrap yards or banger boys, just glad i can help everyone. i recieved your order ( sorry i thought i responded to you ? lifes hectic at present, my apologies ) and mk1 rear arches are next on my list. dont worry about the money for now, once i have recieved the panels ( approx 4 weeks ) i will give everyone a shout that has ordered thier panels and ask for monies then. the prices were ball park, but near enough, but will know tomorrow the exact figures. once again, thanks to everyone for thier responces in this panel matter dion, i will put you on my list for the rear arches, along with many others, something tells me i need to get moving on these lol. lloyd

hi everyone, here are the photos as promised of the mk1 front wing repair sections that i am having done, although they dont include the lower front section pic, simply as i cannot remember the measurement i gave the manufacturer and cannot contact them until after the bank hols now to confirm. i really want to be placing my order with them within a week or so, so please let me know if you want any of them. the wing in the photo is not one of the wings used as the templates, although it is nos, its lines are not perfect, but rest assured guys, the template ones are !! let me know guys lloyd can only attatch 3 pics on this posting so will put the other 2 on another one.

hi andy, the arch will be complete from front to rear, meaning that it will contain the arch itself, rear lower section that meets the sill and front door, and the front lower section that meets the valance, so one complete unit/peice i have in the list also, the front and rear lower sections, but these are individual units for people who"s arches are ok, but the lower sections are not. i will take some pics once i get the wings back off the manufacturer ( 6 hour round trip  :( ) assuming there is enough interest to warrent me doing so, although saying that i do have another mk1 wing in transit at the mo on its way to me, so when it arrives, i will draw the sections clearly on the wing, ( to the exact scale ) so everyone can see what they will be getting. hope this has claified things a bit for you lloyd

hi everyone, as the need for mk1 panels are ever increasing, ive looked into and got some prices for some mk1 front wing repairsections. the sections are of the best possible quality and totally suitable for the job they are designed for, and nos bl complete front wings were used as the templates and the panels will be available for both n/s and o/s. the prices are at present " ball park " because the final quanity required will determine the fixed price. i will fund the panel and stock a few extras, so there will be no money required until you place you order, although your word will have to be your bond sorry, as i dont fancy getting stuck with a load of panels lol what i need is to know how many of you will be interested so i can see if this project is viable, so please let me know as i can have production underway in 3 weeks or so. i will, once i know the interest ( as i have to get the wings back off the manufacturer ) place some pics of the panels so you can see what you are getting. the complete wheel arch panel will have a 4 1/2" flange of metal, so plenty there if your wheel arch like mine has already been done and now needs doing again and the rear lower rear section is bigger again so as to be tall enough to cover the sill nose extention, should you be replacing the sills also, and the front lower section will reduce by the side light flange ( to include this flange more than doubled the cost !!!! ) but will include the bumper hole. complete front arch inc front and rear lower sections ( a one peice section ) £120 front wing lower section, rear, tall enough to cover sill nose £90 front wing lower front section, inc bumper hole £50 rear lower internal fixing bracket ( welds to inside of wing and sill ) pt no 613827 fits mk1&2 £28 i am also looking into getting the inner front wheel arches done pt no 903462/1 and the inner closure panel by the a post 807012/3 i have done this simply because i personally need all of these panels and know alot of you do too and no toes are ment to be trodden on, if there is no interest i will simply just run off the numbers i require and the numbers that a well known stockest also wants. look forward to hearing from you all lloyd
