  1. When I converted my 13/60 to rotoflex I too used the herald spring. The clamps on the spring will indeed make contact with the rotoflex coupling, remove the bolt and bend them under. Lowering the rear will make the issue worse. the hand brake cable issue, i solved by using MG midget cables with a retaining plate mounted to the underside. The cables are of the bowden type and can run in an indirect route.
