after many many hours of sweat, blood and tears, we have finally and successfully converted a TR6 roof to fit a 1971 triumph herald convertible! Goodbyee soft top! ;D see pic! ps- please note that the car is getting a full paint job in 2 weeks- gloss black! pps- when I bought the car these items came with it and they are for sale, please see below- if interested I am happy to post pics or can view; - spare engine and gearbox- not sure what it is but used to be in herald, probably best for spares and repairs - drive shaft - soft top framework - rear seat- needs refurb - original mirrors- good condition - original hubs if interested please contact.

Howdy I am after a full set of metal bumpers for 1971 triumph herald 13/60...wanna get rid of white rubber ones...does anyone know anywhere to look? i have tried ebay already and no luck.... thanksy, M x

Hello, me again, My drivers seat is ruined.....it looks like a dog ate it. i am not amused :/ i need to go somewhere that will make the foam and the vinyl for the top, i live in southend on sea, does anyone know anywhere local that could help? Many Thanks, M x

Well the reason i want to fit power steering is because i want it to handle like a modern car....i havent actually driven it yet as its SORN due to all the works that is being done to it, eventually i will want to change the engine...... Decisions, decisions.......... hahaa

No i want hard roof as permanent feature, its a project car for me so i am customising the hell out of it haha I think i might be buying a t r 6 roof and altering it to fit :X

Yeah, i just looked at the fibre glass ones and they cost £345. I have a few ideas and i have friends that are welders and fabricators so i might even build one :) I know whatever i do will cost me a couple of hundred but its worth it!
