I found that when I replaced the bushing, it was easier if you loosened, but not removed the bolts holding the rotoflex coupling on. this way the vertical link could move in and out a little. Jim

Most of us have obtained our cars as the second third or fourth owner. P.M. was probably not high on the P.O.'s list.I was the third owner when I got my 72 GT6 in 1977 and basically rescued the car from the second owner. When you install the new vertical links, I am sure you will keep them "properly" lubed. I don't think corrosion will be a problem going forward. Jim
From fuel tank to fuel pump was 5/16"(8mm) OD metal line. From pump to carbs was 1/4" (6mm) metal line in two pieces. One from pump around outside of distributor to behind coil around front of block under waterpump as Bill Hopper said, the second was a brazed affair that connected the two carbs to the first line. There are only three 1/4" ID rubbber hoses about 2" long each. Jim
