Ah thanks for help chaps, got the parts coming from James Paddock and i got a Radio plate made by LouisW off here back in March and going to fit it all in over xmas period along with a few other jobs which i will be asking about help with. ;)

Ok im just fitting one to my car to can someone please confirm if these bits from James Paddock will be the bits i need for a Smith Mechanical gauge. jps972 - Pipe and End fittings including fiber washers jps974 - T Piece jps973 - Oil pressure adaptor for T piece Or does any one know of a cheaper place? Thanks Leigh

Hi, ok do you have to use the castle nut onthe end of the stub axle or can you get away with using nyloc nut instead as cant quite get the peload on the bearing right either to much or not enough it seems.

What make of tyre / model are you guys recommending as i am i bit overwelmed by the choice out there!

Ah ok thanks that's ok, have fitted as was ok with finger nail test. Can't finish other side though as need another felt ring damn it..... Cheers for your help.

Hi all, just changing the front discs and with the hub removed the stub axle looks like this, eg wearing rings wear the bearing sits. Didn't know what to make of this, ok to re assemble? Trying to post pic but having probs at mo.
