  1. Ok thanks I will look into that I know there is a place that makes beds near by. Was it easy enough to copy the pattern of the seat foam? Thanks Andy
  2. I have a new foam in the drivers side seat base and it doesn't look like it will be too hard to copy, I just need to find the correct foam to use. Any suggestions?
  3. Sorry to hijack the thread but, is there any foam inparticular we should be looking to purchase? Thanks
  4. Thanks for the replys, the bushed came from Rimmers so I should think they are ok. I will remove them and take some measurements then give them a call. Doing some reasearch on the net I found out about the washing up liquid so as well. So after I have done the above I will pop them back in using washing up liquid. Cheers Andy
  5. Yet another question! I have put the new polybushes in the spring but they seem to be getting squashed making them longer than the metal insert, if that makes sense! Any ideas? It was all assembled using grease. Thanks Andy
  6. Hi Just removed the old rubber bushes they seemed to leave behind a outer metal sleeve does this need to be removed to fit the new poly bushes? Thanks in advance Andy.
  7. Looks good that. The rear cards are held on by screws and the soft top fixings/seatbelt clip, sorry cannot remember the exact locations. Andy
  8. Sorted found some tube in homebase whilst picking up a new toilet seat! £2.50 cut to length and ready to go I knew £4 each was a rip off. Thanks for the help Andy
  9. Thanks for the reply, I have just ordered some tubing off eBay for £3.50 for a 500mm length will cut it to length. Thanks for the help.
  10. Can't think of any shop near me that would do that. Maybe I will have to have a ring round tomorrow. Thanks for your reply
  11. Hi, Does anyone have any bright ideas where to get something to replace the the role pins that go between the clamps on the rear springs? I have been around my local shops that sell  fixings etc and got the bolts no problem but nowhere has anything to match these they only look like steel role pins and I refuse to pay the £4 each that rimmers want plus I would really like to rebuild the spring tomorrow if possible. Thanks in advance Andy
  12. Yes that helps I take it non of those parts are to hard to source or to expensive? I would be in no rush to get it fitted so could wait for the parts to come up at a reasonable price. Thanks for your help. Andy

  14. But you would still need to bleed the system after refilling. Andy
