Mike North replied to Mike North's topic in Cars For Sale / Wanted
Tim Moby 2. White (of course) TR6 in build, Dale has already done the body. Fitted or planned: Long range 20g tank, full suspension re-work. Fast road on triple webers etc etc 😎 Not sure it will be ready for 10CR and we've volunteered to Marshall on 2025 RBRR, but we will be back, just changing up a gear ! -

Tim Agree, lets discuss the positives of the RBRR. We all had a great time, good to be out driving the cars and, as usual it was EPIC MOT? Agree, for peace of mind and insurance, an current MOT is a must. Added benefit is that the headlight LED's on Moby are dipped beam adjusted to pass the MOT (dipped beam only, high beam isn't tested). So we know our car complies 👍

RBRR 2023: Challenging but Brilliant
Mike North replied to chris62's topic in Round Britain Reliability Run (RBRR)
Had a 123Dizzy grenade in Moby on the M4, 4 days after a faultless 10CR a few years back. Benched the car and had to have it recovered. We went another route after that.................. -
What Miles per Gallon Do You Expect on the RBRR
Mike North replied to McJim's topic in Round Britain Reliability Run (RBRR)
Team Moby 'made progress' wherever possible, some of you will have seen us. Brimmed just before Knebworth and afterwards, we got 25.68mpg. The B.Beacons cost us with a low of 22 whilst the steady transit stages saw highs of 28/29. To be honest, and considering the state of tune, we're quite happy with that but spent more than Tim 🤣 -
+1 ? Gutted for you .................... Team Moby

Yes, it would be nice to 'get the photo' without other cars in it, or even just get close to the entrance.
