The Strombergs on their own are supposed to perk it up a lot, with nothing else changed.
might be much cheaper to try that first
🙂

John, if you look a bit further back along the front of the chassis rails there are some dips, that is where the whole front section was attached by welding
like a quick change front to the chassis.

If the 23 splines are same as 1500 dolomite splines, there is a 23-spline small plate fitted to a Triumoh, possibly later Toledo or 1300 Dolomite. I think.

I thought Steve he had sold it for you?
Though he may not have actually told you..

I have gone with the cheapo Chinese relay setups off EBay. Work fine, just protect relays from water.
Dead easy to install

Thanks @thescrapman. Nothing except geography, and such triflings shouldn't be a constraint for an RBRR entrant 🙂. I'll make my way to his later in the week.
I usually end up paying the entry fees and the other 2 guys buy the fuel.
used to work out until fuel prices rocketed. 😞

Your main driver needs to enter you as a second driver.
nothing to stop you be stood next to him and enter your credit card details.

Don’t forget pulley sizes may have changed between 1300 and 1500.
you have a bigger crank pulley on a large crank engine to drive alternator faster than dynamo.
does water pump pulley change?
Obviously alternator pulley is smaller.
interestingly the belt shown is 1075mm long, so actually shorter.
just buy a slightly longer one that 1088mm

Mains are 140111

Unfortunately Accuspark don’t have any electronic Delco replacements in stock and won’t have any for about six months. All they can offer now is the kit to fit into the existing body
I can’t see a problem with fitting one of their modules in your distributor.

Just bolt a set of early 2 litre carbs on, should be fine, and have double figures more BHP ISTR.

You have to move the kinks in the main chassis rails backwards to allow the auto oil pan to sit low enough.
A few people have done it.
Other option is to come up with a alternative way of operating the clutch.
Air compressor? Seen that done before. Bit digital.
Servo assist the clutch is other option, so you can hand operate it. Does not help your wife unfortunately

Might get away with that appp on a Clubmans event, definitely not on a National B type event, nothing that shows average speeds, and no mobile phones in the cabin. 🙂

It could be that the box of letter stamps was missing that day, so you just got the numbers.

I thought Valencia Blue, And they keep insisting on slamming the doors. So annoying.

It had got to be something pretty special not to throw it back from whence it came.

It can be not much more money to buy a set of Stag discs and calipers for the price of a set of 2000 discs.
You have said where you are.

Sounds like something is going wrong already, do not proceed until you have spoken to Kevin.
DVLA are very prone to messing up, due to having very little knowledge of older cars now.

Most of the brokers will give you a quote for "off road " insurance. Can be same price as a very limited mileage on road policy in my experience.
But will cover spares etc.

What pressure is the gauge showing? At idle and when you try to rev it up?
-
Now you need to keep in a garage so it stays looking good... 🙂

Could be because it clashes with drive it day so lots of events going on. I would have liked to take part but am already signed up to a drive it day event in Norfolk.
Could be, lots of the alternative DID events possibly got in first.
Halfords Trade Card
in Triumph Chat

I have heard of officials in clubs using that as a reason to get a trade card.
