Smithy - I would like the link to the stainless ones from Viet Nam, they don't show up on the US ebay. My bumpers really let my car down - front dents, pitting and rear holes (over-riders installed by a PO), resulting in a lot of expensive work for the rechromer. They're OK for now, but once the rest of the car is completed, they will have to go. Same for the outer door handle body plates.

I recently bought new door top covers for my interior refurb. The old ones were cracked, wavy, glossy black grained plastic. The new ones are a nicer soft-touch vinyl. When I purchased these from VB here in the states, the sales person remarked how they weren't supplied with the back padding. What is the best material to use for the padding? I can't imagine it can be very thick, maybe a 1/4 inch high density foam??? My old ones didn't have any.

The pictures of the body panels in the spray booth has made up my mind for which color to use for my respray!

Is mallord a factory color? I think I just found what I was looking for - something darker and richer than BRG. What is the color code?
