Adrianb Posted December 11, 2022 Share Posted December 11, 2022 (edited) Back in September I was fortunate to be able to have a family holiday to the Greek island of Rhodes lovely place.whilst walking along the beach with a gorgeous young Lady my wife a complete stranger stopped us and commented on the T-shirt I was wearing, which had an advert from the 1970’s of a Triumph 13/60 convertible. Long story short he used to have one to take his girlfriend out in now his wife , We talked about Triumphs and 1360’s Just recently I was helping to organise a Christmas meal for our Village Elders and a new old boy who I had to help make arrangements for we’re chatting and we got on the subject of cars and he had a 13/60 convertible like mine frome new and proceeded to show me photos of his mum sitting in side the car which he was obviously very proud off! so may be other close encounters out there!
