Wanted: searching for OUR 809D Triumph Herald

Recommended Posts

I’m searching for my old Triumph OUR 809D - it rolled off the production line on 1st April 1966 which I always found funny and was perhaps why the Triumph badge on the front was upside down.

I sold it for scrap after it was written off and only found out back in 2015 that it wasn’t scrapped and restored instead. We researched a little and discovered it was up for sale at an auction house in Peterborough a while back but never sold. It showed as SORN for a while but now says MOT due but last MOT was in 2016 we assume based on last known location that it was somewhere in the Peterborough/Midlands area. Hoping that one day someone might spot it and let the owner known I’m looking for it!
