DavePro62 Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 Hi All I am restoring a Triumph Roadster 2000 and have a couple of questions. 1) has anybody up graded the front brakes to disc brakes and if so how did they do it? 2) has anybody changed the cylinder head to TR4 head with twin carbs? Glynn Posted March 3, 2021 Share Posted March 3, 2021 Dave, You are a member of the Triumph Roadster Club, If my memory serves me right there is an article on changing to Discs in the Technical Section. Head Studs on the TR 2-4 are a different diameter to those on the Roadster and also go much deeper into the cylinder block, otherwise the head will fit.
