We are saddened to announce that long term member and latterly Club Vice President, Mel Evans died suddenly on June 19th. Funeral arrangements will be advised in due course and a full obituary should appear in the July magazine. R.I.P. Mel.

We have now been given details of Mel's funeral, to take place in Wales on Wednesday 13th July (see attachment). At present John Millidge and I plan to attend to represent C.T. It will be  'family flowers only' with donations in Mel's memory requested for Thames Valley Air Ambulance. The Club will of course be making a donation but should any member wish to make a personal pledge see the link.
