Rear spring bolts with sleeves that run through u clamp.

I'm trying to take the rear spring apart to clean it up and fit the buttons. The 4 bolts along the bottom in the u clamps will ring off and the sleeve on them is in bad shape. Can you not buy these parts? I've tried a couple of places and they say you have to buy the whole spring. 

The first is about to ring but I haven't it off yet, but am I correct in saying its just a sleeve with a bolt through it and I possibly could source it from a fastner place.

From memory the tubes (sleeves) are just spacers. Try doing a search for mild steel tube with the correct internal diameter to match the bolts and cut your own. Probably cost you pence rather than pounds!

I was hoping that was the case. Thanks. I was worried about ringing them off and left with a pile of scrap.
