mike2024 Posted October 8, 2023 Share Posted October 8, 2023 Passed a Stag and (I think) a 2000 up in the Highlands on Sat. We commented to each other how cool it was to see these classics being used, couldn't quite make out the rally stickers, and so thought no more of it. Imagine our surprise when, several hours later, we passed them again just outside Lancaster! We'd been 'making progress' where the roads were good and cameras absent, and we did get stuck on the flooded M9 for about 40 mins, but I still have no idea how the hell we ended up behind them again. Anyway, our good fortune as we again got to see a couple of proper cars giving a great account of themselves amongst the plasticrap misshapes that are todays motors.
