tr2508
my 2500S indicator stalk will not self cancel when turning right, even on sharp right angle turns. I have replaced the worn original stalk with a brand new one, but it is now worse than before even though everything appears to be lined up and there is full north and south movement, so the stalk isn't fouling on the slot in the top and bottom steering column covers. After completing a right hand turn there is an audible click and the stalk moves upwards slightly, but not enough to cancel the flasher and then the process has to be completed manually. For left hand turns it works perfectly, as it did with the old and fairly well worn stalk.
nang
Leave the covers off so you can see what's going on 🤓 Tony .
thescrapman
The switch Assy is slightly mis-aligned I reckon also possibly the brackets are the wrong way round
