grndsm
Hi guys,I was never quite happy with the usual Volvo/Escort brake upgrade, it just wasn't "big enough" for my taste. So I decided to do something on my own! There are Viper calipers with EVO8 rotors.More info here:http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2472999/
Beans
Not bad at all ... but make sure you get some protection for the rear seal. It's quite exposed to road dirt as it is now without th eOS back plate ...I used the centre section of the back plates ...As you can see I used a slightly different aproach to fixing the calipers. grndsm
Beans, the style of your calipers is quite different, so it requires a very different mounting scheme. I am sure I have said it in the past: “very nice brakes”!As for the dust shield, I would agree with you in most cases, but this car is going to be an occasional, good weather driver, seeing 800-1000 miles per year. So I do not believe that this is going to be a major factor ;).

Beans
Got mine from AVO, they do bind under extreme conditions due to the fact that they have to many coils. But any proper tuning/suspension firm should be able to supply them
stricky
balls.....just had the dampers delivered by AVO, didn't realise they did the springs as well. What sort of length and rate did you go for?
