Thermostat and Radiator Cap

Can anyone please tell me what Rad cap and Thermostat should be fitted to my MK1 GT6. There seems to be different ones available. For the rad cap the is a 7lb or 13lb. The thermostats are 74deg,  82deg and  88deg ones

was 7lb for mk1, then went to 13lb later. ( some 13lb caps need the locating tangs triming a bit i think :-/)

if you still running with the crank driven cooling fan, then try the 82deg thermostat.

you can change to 13lb cap, just make sure all hoses ans connections are in good order,as system willl get pressurised slightly more.
