99176
Well my 'powerlite' alternator looks the business hanging from it's fabricated lightweight bracket -BUT- the pulley as fitted is the wrong cross section. The belt bottoms out. I am now going to turn up a suitable aluminium replacement. Does anyone know what angle the 'V' should be ?

junkuser
Use some plasticine to get the shape of the V on the engine pulley and copy that.
