Clive
Not sure of the alternator connectors but......The main output wants to go to the thick dynamo wire. Ther may be more than one main output like on the lucas alternators, but they "should" be joined, and the field connection to the thin dynamo wire,At the control box youDiscard the earth wire. Join the thin wire from the dynamo/alternator to the warning light wire on the control boxJoin all the other wires together. This can be tricky as they are thick. I have used on a few occaisons a piece of copper (water pipe!) flattened and cut it to give tags that the spade connectors fit to. Quite easy and reversable. Insulate it afterwards (in a nice little plastic box would be good, mine have been temporarily done with gaffer tape) Others have cut and soldered inside the control box to do the same thing.Clive
