shaboo
Hi,I am in the process of fixing up a 13/60 convertible and i,ve just discovered that the wiring loom has overheated and melted in a few places.Making a new loom is not a problemas long as I can find an accurate wiring diagram. The 13/60 has an alternator fitted and the only diagrams I can find appear to have dynamo/generators.Where can I find a diagram and should I fit some fuses while I'm at it?If so how many and on what circuits? Thanks
ferny
How's this do you? It's the wiring digram I made when I fitted an alternator and two fuses. I used a four fuse box in the car and in the digram so I can edit for later. Plus it's a neat place to keep spares. It was adapted from the workshop manual. Which is the same as in the Haynes etc. The only problem being that I've had to used odd colour wires as that's all we had at the time. I'm going to clean it up later. Just edit the wire colours yourself. It should print out on A4.http://www.blueyedmuffin.co.uk/arse/?p=
shaboo
Thanks that will do nicely!I assume from your diagram you replaced the control box with a fusebox.
ferny
Yup. You can't use the control box. Of course, I accept no blame if you set firte to your car. ;) ;D
