clutch problem

i changed recently the rubber items in leaking master and slave cylinders.after that i need to double press the pedal in order to engage reverse or first properly.do i need to change the cylinders or it is simpler to fix the problem

sounds like it hasn't bled through properly. or could be the return spring in the master cyl has broken ?

Did you disconnect the fork from the slave cylinder to the cross shaft (the arm that goes into the bell housing)? If so have you connected it back to the correct hole (one of three)?

Would agree 100% , pressure bleeding is definately the way to do it

Also make sure you don't have a fluid leak somewhere. The problem you describe could also be due to loss of hydraulic pressure caused by a fluid leak.
