Dolomite 1300 choke cable

My daughter has a Dolomite 1300. The plastic clip at the end of the choke cable outer sleeve is broken.

Is this part;

• Replacable on it's own
• Replaceable as part of the choke cable
• Not avavilable

I'm a bit puzzled !.... I've never seen any plastic clips on any OHV choke cables ?
On the ones I've seen/had - The outer sleeve just sits in the vertical tube on the carb (think)

1300 Dolomite, 1976, single HS4 SU. With 'Waxstat' sorry about the bad language,  :B  Now converted to fixed jet.

The choke cable goes through a vertical bracket and is secured to it with a plastic clip.
