What Antifreeze?

A somewhat basic question, but what antifreeze are you using in your Triumph?

Blue ethylene glycol stuff. Both in my Triumph engine and my "updated" spitfire. 

I buy triple QX stuff from Eurocarparts as nice and local.

Similar to @Clive a reasonable ethylene glycol depending on what's available when I need some.

+1 for Blue ethylene glycol type. I go for the concentrate, meeting BS6580-1992 and dilute 50/50 with filtered rainwater. I look for the best deal on ebay. I change the coolant without fail every two years and find that it drains readily out of the radiator and block as clean as a whistle. I carry some 50/50 nix on board in case top up is ever needed.

Blue, though only change every five years, still clean as a whistle and passes the test for "anti freezing".
