cnicholson Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 I have renewed my knackered wirring loom to an original pi spec spec one, te loom has the old alternator connections which do not fit the Lucas alternator with the white plg and three pins. which wires go where in the plug? and wil i need to connect new spades on to the whires....Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cnicholson Posted April 11, 2011 Author Share Posted April 11, 2011 thanks for the answer it was usefull, I have picked up a new plug, as a few of these have failed on my GT6 and spits before.. It mentions earthing the alternator in the diagrams I have seen, although I would have thought the casing is earthed by being attached to the engine?
