thescrapman
MorningI have been checking over a 2000 diff this morning.Number on the bottom is MEA 4535seems to mesure out as a 4.11, was just curious on the "A". Was an estate one, as it had the Mk1 type rear mount. I wondered if it had been an Auto car, but then it would have been a 3.7?Any ideas?CheersColin
Greeks
Maybe it wus frum NZud A bro?... but seriously, could it be auto that someone's replaced the internals when they switched to manual?
CRAJ
Colin your assumption about the A signifying estate is correct, the diff on our estate is marked MGA and the Register service notes confirm the lettering sequences.Colin
