brucy Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 I just bought a mountney wheel from e-bay with a gt6 boss, the boss doesn't quite seem to be the right length to sit flush with the steering column so the horn works! anyone had the same/similar problem? anyone any ideas? Nick Jones Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 You can move the column down or the casing up fairly easily to accomodate this to a certain extent. The limiting factor is the width of the self cancelling indicator cam. If you go too far it will miss the switch 'ears'.Edit: personally I'never managed to get the horn push work reliably anyway - and one caught fire on the M3 once which was quite exciting.
