Hi all

Bristol motorclub are promoting an Autosolo at Castle Coombe on the 19th Febuary, looks like its an interesting one.

Entry will be in the post tommorow, at least its not as far as Wrexham!! Although was an really great day out at Demon Tweeks.

There certainly is some interesting opposition.

They are all going tro be handicapped by the fact that they are driving their own cars, whilst you are driving your dads, and so can thrash it that bit harder as he won't be looking.. :-)

I would have thought a Volvo 760 was not exaclythe most ideal Autosolo car, so you won't come last... :-)

these jokes bout 'DAD'S' car will never wear thin!!! Exactly right there though, gonna give it a damn good go though.

Maybe if the right car comes along i may part with some cash (who am i kinding)

How did you get around the regs - they looked quite severe - ie. carpets, window glass, certain tyres not allowed etc.?

All the regs are like that for the autosolos, but not as severe as they sound

Its part of the Brtda championship, they are happy as long as cars are road legal taxed, mot and insured
