Tinweevil Posted September 25, 2005 Share Posted September 25, 2005 Turn the input shaft by hand. If the outputs turn in the opposite direction its probably a normal diff. If they turn in the same direction it's probably a hallucinogenic. I say probably because both types can behave like the other if worn just so. The only way to be 100% certain I believe is to take the back off.
