leylandracer
Just wondering if any of the big engined V8's have encountered the following prob? With the old 4.6 i had bonnet clearance with the Webers, got that sorted with some spacers & bonnet mods, with the new engine (5.0), its seems to be really twisting the engine on its mounts under full power.(Mounts are new) iv just got some new marks under the bonnet (Passenger side) i was thinking -- on the Mazda RX7's with modified engines and big power they have a engine stabiliser fitted (As picture back left) would something like this work on the TR? or is there any other mods that anyone knows of ? Smallfry
Cant answer your question, but the old Rover P5B and the P6B saloons were all fitted with an engine stabilizer. I am suprised newer vehicles dont have it.
