13/60 carbs

Hi,
what crbs are available for the 13/60 engine, presently have the 150 stromberg fitted but would like a twin set up if such is available

Twin HS2 SUs off of a Spitfire is probably the option to go for... simple swap...

Have done the swop on mine. Twin HS4 SU (1 1/2) are slightly more popular on the bay but i fitted Twin HS2 (1 1/4) and works a treat

Denis - why? What are you trying to achieve? On a standard engine twin carbs will probably give you increased fuel consption, increased tuning hassle, the new job of balancing and cost more . They will make your engine bay look sportier and will keep you occupied in fitting them. On a standard engine there's little point unless you're improving the exhaust too.

Hi guys, thanks, the only reason really is that the single carb on it now is playing up and I thought whilst shelling out for another I would go down the sportier route,
Jason, yor bang on in that the look is much sportier and to be honest cosmetically I just fancied them
