npanne Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 Are these much the same, or is there a huge variance in the quality available?I only ask because there's one listed on eBay for £84 at the moment, which seems really steep. All the other suppliers do them much cheaper - but it this likely to because there's something special about the one on the bay, or is the seller just chancing it? Clive Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 Chancing it I expect, or it may be a genuine one.Have a measure of your one, it may benefit from a little attention but they are usually better than the repro ones. The end plate is the usual poblem, can be improved with some fine wet+dry on a mirror and reduce endfloat/scoring etc. Ususally very little wear in the rotors.Clive Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
