yorkshire_spam
I'm getting a bit sick of my cheapo grease gun, anyone recommend one that takes 400g cartridges? I don't want a 20 quid special (unless there's a specific one that's BRILLIANT) and at the same time don't want to be spending 100s... any ideas? Clive
I have 3, one inherited frim my Dad, ther others equally ancient bought at boot sales (a small one kept full of gear oil for Trunnions). They all seem to work OK... but don't take the cartridges. There are plenty of Wanner guns on fleabay for under £20, but again, you have to fill them.

Martins Stag
I'd agree with Clive a boot fair is as good a place as any and i would go for one where you can load it with oil or grease. They are normally a £5 or so so.... If you are desperate I think Halfords still do them Martin
yorkshire_spam
Ordered a John Deere one to give it a try, price wise it sat nicely between the "cheap as chips" and "arm and a leg" price ranges. I'll see how I get on with it.
