JLR Posted November 16, 2023 Share Posted November 16, 2023 Does anyone know whether it is save to replace the original 3-point static front-seat belts fitted to my 1970 Herald 13/60 Convertible with today's 3-point inertial seat belts? I have fitted them to my 1968 13/60 convertible without any problems. I used the original mounting points. The important issue is to make sure you buy a set where the reel can be mounted at any angle to work. They were a fiddle to mount initially but once set I've had no problems.
