Nick Jones Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 Richard,If you feel you don't have enough difficulty in your life already, the modified hubs, outer CVs and shafts from my prototype CV conversion are now unemployed...... the shims are between the bearings on those. This means that the whole bearing arrangement is much stiffer and less prone to snapping the inner bearing spigot off the hub. The bad news is that they are even more of a pain (by some margin) to set-up than the standard arrangement.Nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
