john136070 Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 HelloI am having problems with the piston not sliding up and down as it should on a Stromberg 150 on a 1360 Herald.Without the top cover clamping the diaphragm down the piston moves freely up and down but with the top cover on the piston jambs and doesn't slide. I have turned the cover through all the 90 degree positions but without success even with the screws tightened or loose. The carb. has been stripped for new o rings and needle valve and it has been working before. It is not a new unit. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
