Ben Baxter
Right, suppose I best get on and do those halfshafts sometime, if only because all this cycling to work is knackering!Towards that end I was just wondering what I'd need to do this properly in addition to the recon halfshafts from canleys?Guessing new trunion oil seals (plus an oil gun to squirt the oil in!), brake shoes, nyloc nuts etc? Any bushes?Any and all advice taken gratefully, might as well do this the proper way if it's costing around the £200 mark in total.
Richard B
Trunnions, clean and paint vertical link, replace bushes in the tie-rods. Brakes are up to you see how worn the old shoes are.
