mac1 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Hi Chaps,Im having problems with my off side caliper. The brakes were updated on my 1972 1500 before i bought the car and the discs are the uprated drilled discs.The caliper is sticking, so i decided to change it and bought a new one from Moss Europe.On first inspection, the new and old looked te same but when i fitted the new it sat about 1/4" in on the pads and the holding pins rub on the disc.Ive had to take it off and refit the old one for now but has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you get over it?Any info would be much appreciated.Many thanks.Mac1 :)
mikeyb Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 hmmn, have you got gt6 brakes on your spit? maybe you have and they sent a Spit caliper?
