  2. Ebay? I have seen templates for gloveboxes on the net years ago. Might be cheaper to buy a set from usual suspects. I have the two rails + grab handle off a mk 3 spit; but in Copenhagen.
  3. Late mk 3 was prepared for the US marked - and GT6 (your car should also has holes in the heel board panel for the GT6 mk 2 suspension)
  4. Thanks Michael, no problem - and don't ask how I know (re the sill measure)! 😄

  6. Have you tried Vitesse Steve' page?
  7. Make sure, its calibrated for 10 volt, and suited for the existing voltage stabilisator (that might be around 10V)

Jeps, to lift the valance brackets on the early spitfires.
  9. This spring ... in Denmark... http://stiften.dk/alarm112/Met.....sskov/artikel/450819 http://galleri.alarm112midtjylland.dk/#!album-1004-9 Last one might have been electrical though, but the first one was fuel related.
  10. Often a worn out bush in the column and to little distance between boss and top of column gives a short when you put force on the steering wheel. Its the side of the boss that touch the column.
  11. Rob: They were on the Danish market too. Have seen them on some US import cars.

  16. Always nice when a simple solution can solve a complicated (and annoying) problem 😎
  17. I have a royal blue mk 3 from 1967, a conifer green mk 3 from 1968 and a red mk 3 from 1970. So, just need a 1969 But my 2000 mk 1 estate is from 1969
  18. I have a box of 4 standard pistons - 213719 - used, but undamaged. Don't know if they could replace yours. Free to a good home for postage from Copenhagen/Denmark. From a 1300 small crank engine. I would buy new pistons and get the bores done to these though, but depends on what you can afford
  19. Wow. Looking at the parts I have in the shed I might be a wealthy man
  20. I'll take a look for what I have in the shed 😎
  21. Yep - you will have to go electric for that And then... no manifold ...
  22. Jamie, you should be able to find one - otherwise do a search on ebay. It has an angle  of 90deg. and is a 5/8 bore size; has been used for lots of cars - but you might have to replace the fork with the one you have - see: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-C.....ibJTyH~g&vxp=mtr ...you should be able to find it cheaper though And then: As a 'nos' - do replace seals before use!
