Clive
just a quick question, and maybe I am being thick, but is there a difference between 2.0 and 2.5 piston rings? They are the same size bores, and although the pistons themselves are different is there a difference in the rings? They do have different part nos, but is theat just being Triumph?CheersClive
Jason
Good question - as far as I can tell they always get separate listings in the parts books but I have a set of Cords rings here that have a label on the side saying they fit 2.5 litre and a hand written "and 2 litre" Triumph engines - I bought them for a 2.5. I wondered if this was one of those parts where they only differ in part number but then I took a look at the Canley site and they are definately different - different prices too.
