Beans
You mean the bracket to mount the lights underneath the front bumper?
Beans
Original mounting bracket, as used on 't Kreng ...Wired through a fused relay that's powered by the current going to the "Beam" warning light. So they work on beam and flash
Rust Restorer
Beans, I have under bumper foglights, which I want to keep, thinking more of above bumper.

Raider
I have Cibie Oscars mounted above the bumper on mine but I am not sure if this is exactly what you mean - they need a long steady bar each which go back to the panel between the headlamps which is fine on a FHC rally car but on a DHC?To mount them I used the long steady bar (or whatever it is called)from the 4 speed gearbox cut in half and poking through the thin slots above the bumper. They are then cable tied in place on the grille to stop sideways movement. If this is what you mean Andy I'll find some photos ;)
Rust Restorer
Thanks Martin, may have to have a re-think as I dont want to drill or fasten to the front panel. Given that I live in the sticks, car is used quite often at night, on country roads and all that, I have experimented and improved with halogens but still not satisfied with light intensity. I dont want to go down the HID route, too complicated. Might have to swap the foglights for a more long range lamp.
