nang Posted May 12, 2013 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Getting near winter over here so Spitty parked up .Thought I'd do a bit of tidying, specificly clean up the mess from p/o's spilt brake fluid.When I disconnected the cylinders I think I found why I have so much clutch free travel.Looks like I'll be making new pins and miging the pedal and redrilling.(woot)Tony. Dannyb Posted May 12, 2013 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Mine was not as bad as that and gave a lot of slack in the peddle, It's surprising how much difference a little wear makes at one end to the amount of travel at the other end I did re-drill mine and made bigger clevis pin.
