Lincolnshire aviation heritage centre visit

Recommended Posts

We have been invited to join the 80 years celebration of  the Lincolnshire aviation heritage centre,  to coincide with 100 years of Triumph.

The date is Bank Holiday Monday August 28th.  Last  years event was great success with 21 cars from Club Triumph turning up for war birds day.

the Lancaster Bomber Just Jane - which is housed at the site, will once again be taxiing along the runway behind us, giving a great photo opportunity.

there will be an admission charge which all helps to fund the massive expense of keeping this amazing place running. But Darren is hopeful that we will get a reduced rate as we did last year.

details are on the website events calendar and on CT Facebook page and anyone who would like to attend, will need to arrive at the site before 10am on the day,  please contact Darren Sharp for details as he gets them, and he will keep everyone updated.

the day is well worth the trip 😊

Hi all just heard from the organiser can anyone attending pay me (Darren) on the day . Cash would be much easier . It’s £10 per head and this allows full access to the museum and other attractions at the show) . Please be on site for 9.45 am . We are expecting a flypast again this year from the Lancaster and Spitfires (and/ or Hurricane) I’ve also seen the Dakota is flying again so we may get that as well. Looking forward to seeing you all .
