pimp my vit Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 I am about to buy carpet from Rimmers (taking advantage of VAT Free offer) my seats are 'Cactus' (cream with hint of green) I am thinking of Grey carpets..........any thoughts? garyf Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 Colour of carpets for the Vitesse depends on the Model, Vitesse 6 models from 62-66 had a Grey/Black flecked carpet which I believe is no longer available, 2 Litre Mk1 Cars from 66-68 had Black carpets througout the range, the Later Mk2 Cars had carpet colours to match the interior trim, either Black, Red, Beige or Shadow Blue I think?If the interior is cactus I'm guessing it's an earlier Vitesse '6' or 2 Litre Mk1? garyf Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 I agree, Grey will look better with Cactus seats :), are you getting the moulded carpets manufactured by Newton Commercial?
