Bonnet Repair

I am looking at a MkIV Spitfire that is rotten around the (rounded) front of the bonnet. Is there a repair section available for this part of the bodywork? Or is it a case of sourcing a suitable repalcement?

If it's the front of the main bonnet panel you're talking about then no, repair panels aren't available unless of course you either made your own or cut one from another bonnet. Easiest would be just to source another bonnet. There are plenty on ebay that just need a bit of a tidy up or repairs to the inner arches or headlight support panel.
