Road Book P9 under points to note.. says:

In the instructions you will notice suggested lunch stops. These are NOT compulsory, so please take these into consideration when working out if you are running late or not.

Please can someone list them as I don't seem to be able to find these in the route descriptions. Thanks

Nuala, my roadbook is not to hand, but just keep an eye out for a swarm of Triumphs parked up outside a bar/cafe etc. People just seem to stop at a hopeful looking place and grab cake or whatever. And once one car stops, the others seem to pile in. Not everybody stops at the same places, and times etc may vary.

But the tops of passes are popular places to take 20 mins off.

Lunch breaks are not very explicit, you have to look for 30 minutes intervals without change in miles.

eg: day 1 at 13:52

Cheers
