Autoradio and sound systems for mk2's?

Hi everyone.

My mk2 pi came with an awful modern jvc radio...

What were the options or standard equipments?

And what sound system do you have?

My 72 Pi has a front speaker an a rear Philips.

Found and old autoradio to replace the JVC...

Original would have been a Radiomobile 1070 I think.

I have a dead 1070 in the hole, and a Bluetooth speaker sat in front of it running from my mobile phone.

Speaker goes in glove box when not in use, and phone in my pocket

Yes, interesting point.

I'd like a 70's radio and shell speakers and a moderne bluetooth invisible system, using or not the old car system.

I run a cheap chinese radio in my saloon, cost me £13 off ebay under "Classic car radio", styled to look classic it fits the pattern of the ashtray remarkably well so doesnt look untoward. Does BT, AUX, USB, RADIO, comes with remote. Can feel its cheap and chinese but works remarkably well and audio quality is fab for what it is. Not original but doesnt look too far off. You will need a DIN adapter plate or make one yourself. Available on ebay for a stag for £32, bit expensive for a bit of plastic but makes it easier

Thinking of connected bluetooth speakers only, and vintage radio, only for look/deco...

JBL BT speaker under the front grill maybe or back speaker?..😉

I have an old Sonolor at my parent's house. I'll check next month.
